Culture Shift Model

The Cebano Culture Shift Model maps culture that ranges across Toxic->Rigid->Good->Great->Endearing

It is used for:

  • organisations
  • teams
  • individuals
  • Participants complete an online survey using unique links
  • Various aspects are considered (these are tailor made for the client and example may include communications, working relationships, ….)
  • Engagement questions are also included as deemed appropriate
  • Output is shown graphically and can be split into the underlying key demographics (e.g. business units, departments, levels of management, racial groups etc etc)
  • Completing the survey annually also reveals the shifts and changes that take place
