Cebano Culture Shift Model:

The Cebano Culture Shift Model maps culture across levels – Toxic, Rigid, Good, Great and Endearing.

A typical process using the methodology would be:

  • Participants complete a confidential online survey using unique links
  • Various aspects are assessed, for example “Communications”, “Working Relationships” and “Systems and Processes”
  • Customised engagement questions are included
  • Outputs are shown graphically and can be provided for each underlying key demographic. Examples include Business Unit, Department, Level of Management and Gender
  • The usage of unique links allows us to craft additional demographic outputs after the survey has been completed

Clients who complete the survey annually benefit hugely by being able to assess and refine strategies to shift their organisational culture.
