Equity Analysis

Internal Equity:

  • Assist in the valuation of guaranteed pay through accurate analysis of individual remuneration data
  • Conduct comparisons of packages between different groups of employees
  • Size jobs within an organisation by using a quick, credible and open job evaluation system
  • Assess the future relevance and viability of work

External Equity:

  • Make sense of and interpret existing market data.
  • Provide an easy and effective manner in which the HR and/or remuneration practitioner can interpret and manage market data and pay.
  • Consider and develop appropriate strategies to deal with external competitiveness.
  • Benchmark positions within the organisation to those in appropriate market surveys.
