Facilitation Frameworks

Cebano uses a number of frameworks to enable leaders and their teams growth in awareness of their stewardship responsibility and serving their people and their stakeholders.

Stakeholder Model

Our key focus is to

  • Support leadership consciousness and expanding context awareness
  • Partner leadership in aligning stakeholders, culture and strategy
  • Support in aligning people processes
  • The Leadership Centre that offers a safe space for leaders to
    • to reflect and create a thinking environment
    • Grapple with challenges
    • Explore a new leadership paradigm
  • Leadership Values Assessment, a Barrett Values Centre 360° assessment that helps a leader understand how others experience their leadership style, providing an opportunity to
    • Acknowledge, recognise and appreciate
    • Gain insight into behaviours that may be limiting the intended leadership style
    • Understand the gap between intended and perceived leadership styles
    • Identify key areas for change, development and transformation
  • Team cohesion workshops, where leaders have the opportunity to identify key themes that impact the effectiveness of the team and the bigger system and give individual leaders the opportunity to voice their personal insights
  • Team leadership values profile, to gain an understanding of the teams collective strengths, limiting behaviours and development areas required to support organisational transformation
  • Individual and Team contracting, facilitating teams to contract with each other and as a team
  • Active processes to strengthen trust, have courage for candid debate, getting to clarity and commitment, providing peer feedback and holding each other accountable and focus attention on results. These all help teams to move towards better functioning and is aligned with Functional Team framework offered by Patrick Lencioni, described in team cohesion
  • Understanding personality styles and team profiles, using the Myers Briggs Temperance Index. This helps teams acknowledge their similarities, differences and gaps

  • Aspects of Talent provides a framework and perspective to gain an understanding of the aspects for transformational leadership in context of capability and the capacity for a leaders affinity and and alignment. It helps give some sense why some seem so confusing when there capability is high but just don’t seem to fit in or make sense
  • Alignment conversations and progressive shifts in culture, in particular helping leaders acknowledge their styles and how these support the organisation’s culture
  • Interpersonal communication styles in the context of responsible assertiveness
