We believe that each client, their context and their needs are unique.

Therefore, our approach is to co-develop a “way ahead” based on the outcome of the survey, the needs and context of the client. Depending on how aligned the current organisation is with both the personal values and the desired culture, the organisation may need to reinforce their current espoused values or they may feel a need to embark on a cultural transformation journey. No one client is the same and their is no “one right way”.

The following model helps to frame where an organisation may be in terms of their culture.
